We started small, but we work big

Red Fōn Customer Solutions, LLC. was created in May of 2013 by husband and wife team Jeff and Patricia Davidson. With several decades of experience, the pair set out to create an innovative business that would help clients differentiate themselves to excel in a busy marketplace. Red Fōn Customer Solutions aims to provide achievable, tangable means of improving business operations for companies all over the world. 

Patricia Davidson

Managing Partner, Principal Consultant

Patricia Davidson's experience has been built on a 19-year career in the Telecommunication Industry. Besides Customer Experience, she has managed multimillion dollar turn-key projects in Latin America, India, China and the USA for companies like AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent, O3B Networks & Ericsson, in which she found great success at putting the customer as the center of the operations, generating profitability and loyalty. Patricia’s unique skill combination makes it possible to translate customer wants and needs into

actionable solutions. She holds a degree in Electronic Engineering, a Master’s in Program/ Project Management and an MBA with a concentration in marketing.

Jeff Davidson

CFO, Vice President of Sales

 Jeff Davidson has a long history of success in business development and management, with over 25-years of experience in the field. With career history in program management, district operations management, corporate account management, territory account management, as well as humanitarian aid, his varied skill set contributes greatly to the success of Red Fōn operations. Jeff has lived and worked abroad in Peru and Mexico. Additionally, he has been on the board of directors for both AYNIY International, Inc. and AYNIY Latam and several non-profit groups. Jeff holds a B.S in Business Administration from University of North Carolina, Charlotte.

Taylor McDonald

Research Consultant

Taylor McDonald has a varied background in social science research and writing. After obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, she moved to London, UK where she earned her Master's of Science in Psychological and Psychiatric Anthropology. Taylor's singular combination of skills allows her to perform ethnographic research in a variety of settings; she combines her three years of experience in copy editing, adminstrative, and research positions to aptly provide thorough background investigation and analysis to all Red Fōn clients.
